A Living Heritage Enterprise

Living Heritage Enterprise (EPV) status is awarded by the French government to companies with outstanding artisanal and industrial expertise. Granted for a period of five years, this award unites manufacturers who are committed to excellence in their trade and products.
The process of granting EPV status is led by experts. Criteria for granting EPV status are evaluated and interpreted by a national independent commission composed of professionals who demonstrate excellence in their own area of expertise. The Institut Supérieur des Métiers (ISM) is in charge of providing the secretariat for the national commission for Living Heritage Enterprises and the processing of applications for EPV status.
The selection process for Living Heritage Enterprises guarantees the excellence of awardees.
